A Message from NACVSO President - June 2025

Greeting NACVSO Members and Strategic Partners,

We are only a month away from seeing one another once again in Louisville, Kentucky!

As June unfolds, the finishing touches for our #NACVSO2025 Annual Conference in Louisville, Kentucky are coming together. From training sessions to keynote speakers, this year’s conference promises to be energizing and impactful. We look forward to seeing many of you there—learning together, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the profession that brings so much to so many.

Even as the final details are being locked in, our work has not slowed. In fact, it’s accelerating.

Across the country and in Washington, D.C., NACVSO continues to meet with new partners, cultivate strategic relationships, and ensure that CVSOs remain front and center in every conversation about veterans’ benefits and care. The systems our veterans rely on—health care, compensation, education, housing—are evolving. And in times like these—when uncertainty can cloud the path forward—NACVSOs clarity, experience, and advocacy are more vital than ever.

That means you.

NACVSO’s strength is in its membership. Your perspective, your voice, and your attention to the oft overlooked detail matter. Whether you’re helping a veteran navigate a new policy change, advising leadership on service gaps in your community, or representing NACVSO at an event—you are part of the voice that keeps veterans at the center of the national conversation.

As we approach Louisville, I encourage you to think about how you want to grow, how you want to lead, and how you can be part of NACVSO’s ongoing evolution. We need every member—seasoned and new—to stay engaged, informed, and inspired.

Our veterans deserve nothing less.
