Brandi Matheny

I joined NDVS in 2013, following a 3 year stent with Nye County Veteran Services, in Nevada. Our office was absorbed by NDVS during the recession. I was born in Carson City and raised between Las Vegas and Central Florida.


Following High School I joined the US Navy where I served 10 years as a Gunners-Mate. During and after service I was actively pursuing and graduated from UNLV in my degree field with a Bachelors in Business Mgmt and two Associate degrees in Hospitality and Recreational/Entertainment Mgmt, and although I am passionate about field, my true passion is assisting and serving my fellow veterans!

Over the past 14 yrs, I have continued to serve the Veterans and their families of Southern Nevada in their VA benefits connection, understanding, and utilization of benefits and services they have earned.
