Welcome to the 2024 NACVSO Conference Registration!

**In-person attendance has hit 550. The Wait List is closed.
Virtual attendance is unlimited.
Things to know:
Location: Denver, Colorado. For in-person attendance, the hotel link will be emailed to you once we receive it. Cost is $189 plus taxes and fees per night.
When:
- May 11-12, 2024 - CVA (registration/application to the right), in-person only.
- May 12, 2024 - Opening Ceremony & Delegate meeting, in-person only.
- May 13-17, 2024 - "New Event" Veterans Claims Clinic - actively meeting/serving with Veterans from the surrounding area to assist with VA Claims. More information to follow.
- May 13-17, 2024 - Conference/CEUs. Yes, CEUs will offered on Friday.
Scholarships: If applying for a Scholarship, please select 'INVOICE' when registering for the event. The Scholarship application can be located to the right. Application deadline is April 1st.
Ann Knowles Distinguished CVSO Nominations: The nomination form can be found on the right. Nomination deadline is March 15th.
Online Access: Both in-person and virtual attendees will have online access to conference. End of day surveys will be completed through the online system. Conference slides and recordings will be made available after the conference via online access.
Refunds: NACVSO strongly encourages members to consider all factors prior to registering for the conference (travel, childcare, funding, health). No refunds will be offered without a medical letter stating you cannot attend virtually.
