Professional Bio

Pamela Robertson serves as the Veteran Service Officer for Pitkin County, Colorado, and is a nationally accredited VSO with a distinguished record of service and advocacy on behalf of veterans and their families. A U.S. Army veteran, she is widely recognized for her leadership, innovative community partnerships, and unwavering commitment to expanding access to earned benefits and resources.
A recipient of the Four Chaplains Humanitarian Award, Pamela has also been honored by the Texas Veterans Commission for her outstanding contributions to the veteran community. She played a key role in developing a successful partnership with Texas A&M University to enhance veteran outreach, education, and support services.
As the author of The VSO Playbook Series, Pamela is passionate about advancing the profession of veteran advocacy through mentorship, training, and leadership development. Her mission remains clear, to strengthen veteran service programs, empower fellow VSOs, and ensure every veteran receives the benefits, support, and recognition they have earned through service to our nation.
