Charlie Neely

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Charlie Neely (RET) has held multiple commands in the US Army culminating as Battalion Commander of a Fort Sill artillery battalion. He holds a Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Central Oklahoma. Since retiring from the US Army, he has worked for Cleveland County, Norman, OK as the Veteran Coordinator helping veterans, veteran caregivers, widows, and spouses with obtaining benefits or services. He is accredited through the American Legion and NACVSO organizations.
