Professional Bio

I am a dedicated veterans advocate (Service Officer) committed to ensuring veterans and their families receive the respect, support, and benefits they have earned. My approach is simple: I treat every veteran and family I serve as I would my own family, and I advocate for them with that same determination.
I help veterans and surviving family members navigate VA benefits and claims, understand their options, organize supporting evidence, and identify resources that may be available to them. I also work closely with community organizations and outside agencies to connect veterans and their families with grants, financial assistance, and other resources when additional support is needed.
I believe effective advocacy begins with listening. Every veteran has a different story, and I take the time to understand the individual behind the claim—not simply the paperwork in front of me.
For me, serving veterans is more than completing forms or navigating a system. It is about building trust, finding solutions, and making sure the people I serve know they have someone in their corner who will advocate for them with compassion, persistence, and purpose.
