The waitlist is for the August 3-6 course and any future course that becomes available in 2020. You will be notified if a seat opens up. Being on the waitlist does not cost anything and you will not be obligated to pay should a seat become available. Payment of $350 will be due only if you are offered a seat and choose to enroll.

Registration FAQ

  1. All registration occurs here: https://nacvso-training.teachable.com.
 
  1. Training will be live, instructor-led for 8 hours a day, four days in a row. You must sit for the entire course to be eligible for the final test.
 
  1. You cannot mix and match course dates – once you register for one, you must sit for the full 4-day sequence.
 
  1. The name and email submitted in registration must be the individual who plans to attend the training.
 
  1. There are two course dates: July 20-23,2020 and August 3-6, 2020. Details about course timing can be found in the registration link to help you select which course dates are best for you. You can only register for one course.
 
  1. When you register, you can pay online by credit or debit card or you can choose an option to mail a check. We highly encourage anyone who can do so to pay online. Mailed checks are due by: July 15, 2020.
 
  1. Registration for each course closes when it reaches 75 participants. If you register after the courses are filled, you will be notified you’re on a waiting list. If you paid and are on the waiting list but end up not getting a course seat, your money will be refunded.
 
  1. A receipt with invoice for your purchase will be automatically generated and sent to your email if you pay online. A receipt and invoice will be mailed if you pay by check.
 
  1. You will be asked to set up a profile in a program called Teachable and confirm your email – these are free and required steps to access the virtual training course.
 
  1. You will not need to access your NACVSO Teachable account again before your course beings.
 
  1. NACVSO will send all enrollees an email at least a week prior to your training with access and course preparation materials, including technical prep for your computer settings.
 
  1. You will not have access to course material in advance of the training but once the course is open, you will be able to view and download all course materials from your NACVSO Teachable account.
