NACVSO Accreditation
NACVSO offers accreditation training during the annual training conference.
Members who attend the required training classes and pass the end of course exam may apply for accreditation
by submitting the necessary documents to the office of the National Service Director.
Those documents include: A copy of the applicants DD-214, VA Form 21, and a copy of the NACVSO training certificate.
Once accreditation is approved, annual Continuing Education Units (CEU's) are required.
Maintaining current membership in NACVSO is also required.
Failure to maintain membership and/or failure complete the annual CEU requirement may result in a revocation of the accreditation.

AMVETS Accreditation
AMVETS and NACVSO have a Memorandum of Agreement that allows
NACVSO members who hold NACVSO Accreditation to apply for and receive AMVETS Accreditation.
The applicant must maintain their accreditation with NACVSO and abide by all NACVSO accreditation requirements.
The applicant must be a member of AMVETS.
The applicant must submit VA Form 21 to the office of the NACVSO National Service Director.

When submitted, the application must include a copy of the NACVSO Accreditation Certificate and proof of current AMVETS membership.



DAV Accreditation
DAV and NACVSO have a Memorandum of Agreement that allows
NACVSO members who hold NACVSO Accreditation to apply for and receive DAV Accreditation.
The applicant must maintain their accreditation with NACVSO and abide by all NACVSO accreditation requirements.
The applicant must submit VA Form 21 to the office of the NACVSO National Service Director.

When submitted, the application must include a copy of the NACVSO Accreditation Certificate and
a signed copy of the DAV Accreditation Agreement.

VVA Accreditation
VVA and NACVSO have a Memorandum of Agreement that allows
NACVSO members who hold NACVSO Accreditation to apply for and receive VVA Accreditation.
The applicant must submit VA Form 21 to the office of the NACVSO National Service Director.

When submitted, the application must include a copy of the NACVSO Accreditation Certificate


TREA Accreditation
TREA and NACVSO have a Memorandum of Agreement that allows
NACVSO members who hold NACVSO Accreditation to apply for and receive TREA Accreditation.
The applicant must submit VA Form 21 to the office of the NACVSO National Service Director.

MOPH Accreditation
MOPH and NACVSO have a Memorandum of Agreement that allows
NACVSO members who hold NACVSO Accreditation to apply for and receive MOPH Accreditation.
The applicant must submit VA Form 21 to the office of the NACVSO National Service Director.

When submitted, the application must include a copy of the NACVSO Accreditation Certificate and
a signed copy of the MOPH Accreddreditation Agreement.
